It’s hard to believe that it has been six months since Kate Mittleman came forward with her announcement that she was diagnosed with cancer. We have been waiting a long time for a follow-up, and now it is available.
Kate Middleton has now released another video that shares how she is finished with chemotherapy. It is shared on the official social media account for the Royals, and she gave a positive update on her health.
Along with talking about her health, she also shared rarely seen footage of them spending time together as a family. It was something welcome to see.
It is reported that the footage in the video was shot in Norfolk last month. Kate opens a video by saying: “As the summer comes to an end, I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment.”
She went on to say: “This time has above all reminded William and me to reflect and be grateful for the simple yet important things in life, which so many of us often take for granted. Of simply loving and being loved.”
Although she is done with chemotherapy, she still has to pay attention to her health.
“Although I have finished chemotherapy, my path to healing and full recovery is long and I must continue to take each day as it comes.
“I am however looking forward to being back at work and undertaking a few more public engagements in the coming months when I can.
“Despite all that has gone before I enter this new phase of recovery with a renewed sense of hope and appreciation of life.”
