If you saw the horse moving forward, this means you are left-brained. Here are some facts about left-brained people:

  1. They think in words
  2. Their thinking is quite linear
  3. They believe in sequencing
  4. They are good mathematicians and believe in things based on facts and logic.

If you noticed the horse moving backwards, then you are right-brained. And here are some distinctive features of right-brained people:

  1. Imagination
  2. Holistic thinking
  3. Intuition
  4. Arts
  5. Rhythm
  6. Nonverbal cues
  7. Feelings visualization
  8. Daydreaming

Right-brained people are successful in arts, especially music. They ahve a strong intuition and tend to dream a lot.

The theory of left- and right-brained people was first brought about in the 1960s. However, in 2013 another test was conducted which proved that this theory is not correct. Around 1000 people took part in the research, which revealed that human brain does not actually favor one part over the other.

This means, that whether you perform a logical or a creative function, both parts of your brain work equally. For example, it is believed that the left side of human brain is responsible for language-learning. However, it is the right brain that helps us grasp the context.

WHat do you think about this research?
